At any time, as a Creator, you can discontinue your account. If the deactivation is done by a Creator, it can only be done when the account balance has been withdrawn.  The process for cancellation is as follows and will be managed in this way:

  1. The CREATOR requests the Account Closure.
  2. Once Support receives your account closure request:
  3. a) FLINBO must wait for all pending payments from users already made. Please note that payments are due every 30 days.
  4. b) FLINBO will verify that there are no pending ChargeBacks through the confirmation of the payment processor.
  5. c) Once these actions have been carried out and verified, we will delete your content within a maximum period of 7 days.
  6. Before unsubscribing from FLINBO you must withdraw your credit, if you do not reach USD 150, you will be responsible for the corresponding fees.
  7. If you do not cover the payout costs determined by you, FLINBO will close the account, but will charge you a fee in order to settle the balance in full.
